a Job Opening: Terms & Conditions
It's
easy to post transportation logistics industry employment
advertisements at LTNA.org. After reading the terms
and conditions below, complete and submit the elctronic
form at the bottom of this page to send your advertisement
to LTNA.
Please
read these terms and conditions carefully before
using this electronic form.
1.
Subject to Review by LTNA
All
employment advertisements submitted to LTNA are
subject to review by LTNA and will be subsequently
approved for online publication or, in the event
of ineligibility or irrelevant content, rejected.
2.
Eligible Parties
1)
LTNA members in good standing;
2) LTNA members that are employment recruiters;
3) Non-member employment recruiters;
4) Non-recruiter non-members.

about fees, terms and renewals.
3.
Logistics, Transportation and Supply Chain Management
Only
Only
employment opportunities that relate to logistics,
transportation and supply chain management will
be displayed at LTNA.org. LTNA reserves the right
not to display any submitted employment advertisement
that is deemed, in the sole opinion of LTNA, to
be not relevant to the transportation logistics
industry, incomplete, offensive, requiring outstanding
advance payment or inappropriate.
4.
Costs to Advertise Employment Opportunities
All
job advertisers are required to pay a fee to
advertise relevant transportation logistics
industry job advertisements at LTNA.org.
5.
Listing Term: 60 days, Maximum - No Exceptions
Submitted
employment advertisements approved by LTNA will
be posted at LTNA.org for a period of sixty (60)
days.
After
an employment advertisement has been listed for
60 days, it will removed from display. LTNA will
not contact the party that has submitted the advertisement
prior to removal.
6.
Advertisement Content Capacity
The
content of submitted employment advertisements is
limited to 150 words.
It
is the intention of LTNA to display a brief
job description with contact information. LTNA will
truncate (cut short) submitted advertisements that
exceed this limitation.
Persons
submitting job notices are encouraged to first view
an example of the format/style of employment
advertisements displayed at LTNA.org.
7.
Content Disclaimer
LTNA
makes no claim as to the accuracy or truthfulness
of submitted employment advertisements posted at
LTNA.org. In addition, LTNA is not reponsible for
inaccuracies in advertisement content arising from
LTNA's effort to list submitted job notices, whether
caused accidentally by paid LTNA contactors or LTNA
member volunteers, or any other cause.
8.
Performance Disclaimer
LTNA
does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted online
viewing of posted employment advertisements. Viewing
interruptions may, from time to time, be caused
by defective communications lines, defective transmission
equipment, Web hosting systems and/or personnel,
programming errors, acts of God or other events
similarly beyond the control of LTNA.
9.
Job Advertising Fees
All
submitted job advertisements are subject to the
fee schedule presented below.
Members
and Non-Recruiter Non-Members:
The
cost to non-recruiter members and non-members
to advertise an employment opportunity at LTNA.org
is $35 (USD) per advertisement, per 60-day term.
Payment must be made in advance.
Member-Recruiters:
The
cost to an LTNA member-recruiter to advertise an
employment opportunity at LTNA.org is $70 (USD)
per advertisement, per 60-day term. Payment must
be made in advance.
Non-Member
Recruiters:
The
cost to a non-member recruiter (i.e., non-LTNA member)
to advertise an employment opportunity at LTNA.org
is $105 (USD) per advertisement, per 60-day term.
Payment must be made in advance.
10.
Payment in Advance
Submitted
job advertisements will not be displayed at LTNA.org
unless payment has been made in advance.
Electronic
(credit/debit card) payment can be made via PayPal
from the confirmation page which will appear on
your screen seconds after you submit the job posting
form displayed below.

you are paying by check, make your check payable
to LTNA and mail to:

Please
enclose a note with your check payment advising
LTNA of 1) the name and address of the company advertising
the employment opportunity, and 2) the job title
of the position that is available.

If
you are eligible to advertise an employment opportunity
at LTNA.org, send your advertisement via this electronic
form. User acknowledges and agrees that any advertisement
submitted will be processed and listed in accordance
with the terms and conditions displayed above.
